某院静脉用药调配中心智能化转型的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Intelligent Transformation of Intravenous Drug Dispensing Center in a Hospital

目的发现智能化转型对本院静脉用药调配中心的影响及意义,以促进静脉用药调配中心发展,为提升医疗服务质量提供有力的依据。方法本文拟从工作流程、管理模式、工作效率、差错等方面对本院静脉用药调配中心智能化转型前后进行对比分析。结果智能化转型后工作模式根据药品统排模式进行,工作流程中各个环节也得到相应的改善;全流程管理和退药、打包药管理模式得到提升;工作效率有所上升;各类差错明显降低。结论智能化转型可有效地对工作流程进行优化,提高工作效率和质量,提升管理,继而有助于医疗服务质量提高。

Objective:To find the influence and significance of intelligent transformation on intravenous drug dispensing center of our hospital,promote the development of intravenous drug dispensing center,and provide a strong basis for improving the quality of medical service.Method:This paper intends to make a comparative analysis before and after the intelligent transformation of intravenous drug dispensing center in our hospital from aspects of workflow,management mode,work efficiency and errors.Result:After the intelligent transformation,the working mode is carried out according to the drug distribution mode,and each link in the working process is improved accordingly.The whole process management,drug withdrawal and packaging management modes have been improved;Work efficiency has increased;And all kinds of errors have been significantly reduced.Conclusion:Intelligent transformation can effectively optimize the work flow,improve work efficiency and quality,improve management,and then contribute to the improvement of medical service quality.
