摘要
目的增强急救车管理的规范性,提升管理质量以及急救车使用效率。方法将6S管理方法和PDCA循环整合起来,在6S的每一项管理中渗透PDCA循环思想,改变急救人员工作习惯,落实安全管理和质量控制思想。结果6S与PDCA循环整合的管理方法能显著提升急救车管理的质量,为急救工作的顺利完成提供保障,且提升了护理管理效率,有更高的使用满意度。结论整合运用6S管理和PDCA循环能明显优化医院院前急救车的管理情况,值得推广使用。
Objective:To enhance the standardization of vehicle management,and improve the management quality and the efficiency of vehicle use in first aid.Method:The 6S management method with the PDCA cycle was integrated,the PDCA cycle thinking in each management of the 6S infiltrated,the working habits of emergency personnel changed,and the safety management and quality control thinking implemented.Result:The management method of 6S and PDCA cycle integration can significantly improve the quality of emergency vehicle management,provide guarantee for the smooth completion of first aid work,improve the efficiency of nursing management,and have a higher use satisfaction.Conclusion:The integration of 6S management and PDCA cycle can obviously optimize the management of pre-hospital emergency vehicle,which is worth popularizing.
