摘要
目的探讨临床亚专科建设与医务人员工作满足、员工创新行为之间的关系,为促进医院亚专科建设提供参考。方法以亚专科建设的科室为干预组,未实施亚专科建设的科室为对照组,对122名医院人员进行线上问卷调查,调查内容包括医务人员的工作满足量表、员工创新行为量表。结果干预组医务人员的工作满足得分(80.88±10.95),高于对照组的(74.85±9.52);干预组医务人员创新行为均分(32.35±4.66),高于对照组的(29.10±4.25)。与对照组相比,干预组医务人员工作满足得分提高了6.03分(β=6.03,P<0.01),创新行为得分提高了0.37分(β=0.37,P<0.01)。结论实行临床亚专科建设,医务人员的创新行为和工作满足提升。
Objective:To explore the relationship between the construction of clinical subspecialty,and medical staff’s job satisfaction and their innovative behavior,and provide reference for promoting the construction of hospital subspecialty.Method:122 hospital staff in the control group were surveyed by online questionnaire,including job satisfaction scale and innovative behavior scale of medical staff.Result:The average score of the intervention group(80.88±10.95)was higher than that of the control group(74.85±9.52).The average score of innovation behavior of medical staff in the intervention group(32.35±4.66)was higher than that in the control group(29.10±4.25).Compared with the control group,the job satisfaction score of medical staff in the intervention group increased by 6.03 points(β=6.03,P<0.001),and the innovative behavior score increased by 0.37 points(β=0.37,P<0.01).Conclusion:The construction of clinical subspecialty can improve the innovative behavior and job satisfaction of medical staff.
