摘要
文章以位于菏泽市的魏楼水库输水工程为例,在概述其输水PCCP管道铺设基本情况的基础上,对其输水管道静水压试验及参数验算进行分析探讨。结果表明,静水压试验是针对压力输水管道系统内包括管段、管件、接头、镇墩、阀件及附属建筑物等在内的水工构筑物的设计强度、安全性及密封程度的综合检验,文章所进行的魏楼水库输水工程竣工验收前的水压试验既进行了管道强度及密封情况的验证,也对输水管道工程设计及施工安装质量进行了全面检验,为类似输水工程管道静水压试验及安全管理提供了依据。
Taking Weilou reservoir water conveyance project located in Heze City as an example,the hydrostatic test and parameter checking calculation of the water conveyance pipeline are analyzed and discussed on the basis of summarizing the basic situation of PCCP pipeline laying.The results show that hydrostatic test is a comprehensive test of the design strength,safety and sealing degree of hydraulic structures in the pressure water transmission pipeline system,including pipe fittings,fittings,pier valves and auxiliary buildings.In this paper,the hydrostatic test of Weilou reservoir water conveyance project before acceptance has not only verified the strength and sealing condition of the pipeline,but also comprehensively inspected the quality of the design and construction of the water conveyance pipeline,which provides a basis for the hydrostatic test and safety management of similar water conveyance pipeline.
