摘要
审视当下我国教师倾听力的现状,不难发现教师倾听的内驱力、倾听的技能与倾听的关切力仍有进一步提升的空间。究其原因,主要包括:教师对“教”的认识偏差和对“听”的认识误区,教师缺乏相关课程的引导和自我训练,教师对学生角色的误读和“差异”逻辑的缺失。基于此,提升教师倾听力的基本路径如下:引导教师体认倾听的教育意蕴,增强教师倾听的内驱力;将倾听技能作为专业能力予以强调,提升教师的倾听技能;将倾听的伦理关怀倾向融入教学,发展教师倾听的关切力。
When we review the current situation of teachers’listening in China,it is not difficult to find that there is still room for further improvement of teachers’listening motivation,listening skills and listening concerns.There are at least three reasons,including teachers’misunderstanding of teaching and listening,their lack of relevant curriculum guidance and self training,their misreading of students’roles and the lack of“difference”logic.The basic ways to improve teachers’listening comprehension include the following:teachers should be guided to appreciate the educational implications of listening and enhance their inner drive of listening;listening skills should be emphasized as professional competence to improve teachers’listening skills;ethical care tendencies of listening should be integrated into teaching to develop teachers’listening concern.
