摘要
通过构建普通高中教育发展水平指标体系,从“教育投入、教育机会、教育质量、教育公平”4个方面测算了我国31省市普通高中教育发展水平,结果显示:2011—2017年期间,我国普通高中发展水平显著提升,但区域发展不均衡问题严重。利用面板数据构建回归模型,对影响普通高中教育发展水平的诸要素进行实证分析,结果表明:普职比和人均GDP对普通高中教育发展水平提升有显著正向作用,而学校规模的扩大阻碍了普通高中发展水平的提高。
Based on the index system of senior high schools,this research has measured the level of general high schools in 31 provinces from the aspects of“education opportunity,education investment,education quality,and education equality”.The findings have revealed that the development level of senior high schools obviously improved from 2011 to 2017 along with the problem of serious unbalanced and inadequate development between regions.Through the panel data to construct a regression model to conduct empirical analysis of the influencing factors for the development of ordinary high school education,it has been found that the ratio of general education and vocational education and GDP per capita have a significant positive effect on the development of senior high school education,while the expansion of school scale can hinder it.
