学生家长对教育惩戒态度的四维结构与群体差异 被引量:2

摘要 学生家长作为学生成长的陪伴者和学校教育的监督者,是影响教育惩戒规则落地实施的关键因素。基于S市10所公立中小学的4345位学生家长的问卷调查,经过项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,构建了学生家长对教育惩戒态度的四维结构,包括价值肯定、过程信任、效果认可和协同参与。结果表明,家长协同参与最好,过程信任和价值肯定相对较好,效果认可最差。同时,不同学生家长的态度存在差异。家长对教育惩戒的态度及其群体差异,应该成为中小学教育惩戒规则校本化实施过程中的关注重点。 As an important participant and supervisor of school education,students’parents are the key factors affecting the implementation of educational punishment.Based on the questionnaires from 4345 parents in 10 public primary and secondary schools in Suzhou,the four-dimensional structure of parents’attitude towards educational punishment was constructed through item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,which included value affirmation,process trust,effect recognition and collaborative participation.The findings show that parents’cooperative participation has the best result,the process trust and value recognition have relatively better results,and the effect recognition has the worst result.At the same time,there exist divergence among the attitudes of different students’parents.Thus,the attitude of students’parents and their group differences should be the focus of the implementation of school-based educational punishment.
