中小学职业生涯教育融入劳动教育研究

A Study on the Integration of Career Education into Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools

在当前五育并举、协同育人的新形势下,职业生涯教育融入劳动教育,易于达成二者的教育目标,便于统筹二者的教育内容,有利于创新二者的教育形式,亦有助于推动教育评价改革。我们要以劳动教育统领职业生涯教育,以职业生涯教育支撑劳动教育,从提升思想认识、健全管理体制、开发课程教材、培养师资队伍、建设实践平台等方面加快中小学职业生涯教育融入劳动教育,提升综合育人效果。

In the current new situation of simultaneous development of five kinds of education and collaborative education,the integration of career education into labor education is conducive to achieving their educational goals,coordinating their educational content,innovating their educational forms,and promoting the reform of educational evaluation.We should guide and support career education with labor education and speed up such integration in primary and secondary schools and improve the effect of comprehensive education from the following aspects of enhancing ideological understanding,improving management system,developing curriculum and teaching materials,training teachers and building practice platform.
