在与青春期学生沟通过程中,教师需要以共情为媒介进行有效沟通。在实际工作中针对青少年心理发展的特点,以共情式沟通为教育载体,在相互理解中建立交往理性,在真实生活中提高共情能力,在商谈原则中提升沟通有效性,以期在师生之间建立起信任关系。

In the process of communicating with adolescent students,teachers need to communicate effectively with empathy as the medium.According to the characteristics of teenagers’psychological development,in practical work,we should take empathic communication as the educational carrier,build rationality in mutual understanding,improve empathy ability in real life,and improve the effectiveness of communication in negotiation principles,so as to strive to build trust between teachers and students.
