摘要
合作学习追求课堂上的自主、合作、探究,利于学生学习能力和综合素养的培养。然而,小学数学课堂在合作学习方面存在教师定位不准确、小组分类不合理、问题设计不恰当、缺少监督与引导等问题。针对这些问题,教师可以采取以下策略:明确教师定位,承担多重角色;合理分配小组,促进学生参与;巧妙设计问题,激发学生思考;过程监督引导,形成良好交流;过程多元评价,激发创新思维。
Cooperative learning pursues autonomy,cooperation,and inquiry in the classroom,which is conducive to the cultivation of students'learning ability and comprehensive literacy.However,in primary school mathematics classrooms,there exist such problems as inaccurate teacher positioning,unreasonable group classification,improper question design,and a lack of supervision and guidance.For these problems,teachers can adopt the following strategies:clarifying the teachers’position and undertaking multiple roles;allocating groups reasonably and promoting students’participation;designing problems ingeniously and motivating students to think;supervising and guiding the process of cooperative learning and developing effective communication;adopting diversified evaluations and stimulating innovative thinking.
