汽轮机高温螺栓断裂失效的测试与分析

摘要 根据螺栓更换和失效的标准,分析各种现行螺栓监督检查方法的有效性,结合火电厂汽轮机高温螺栓的失效情况,选取了4个代表性的螺栓进行测试和分析,发现蠕变断裂是导致高温螺栓断裂的主要原因,建议电厂重点针对高温螺栓的螺纹处开展蠕变变形测量,而不仅仅是螺杆部分的测量。 Firstly,the effectiveness of various existing bolt supervision and inspection methods was analysed according to the standards for bolt replacement and failure,then four representative bolts were selected for testing and analysis in conjunction with the failure of high temperature bolts in thermal power plants,and creep fracture was found to be the main cause of high temperature bolt fracture,and Finally it was suggested that power plants need to focus on creep deformation measurements at the threads of high temperature bolt,not just at the screw part.
