660MW机组高压导汽管异常振动分析及治理

摘要 针对某电厂660 MW超超临界机组高压导汽管发生异常振动的问题,经过振动分析、振动测量、振动评估及振动模态分析找到振动超标原因,提出在合理位置添加阻尼装置的方法进行减振,经重新振动评估,结果显示振动在许可的安全水平内,确保了机组安全稳定运行,对同类型机组管道振动问题的处理具有借鉴意义。 The abnormal vibration happened to the high-pressure steam pipes of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit.Through the vibration analysis,vibration measurement,evaluation and modal analysis,the causes of the vibration are found.And then the measure of installing dampers in the appropriate locations is proposed to reduce the vibration.After the treatment,the measurement on the vibration is carried out again,which shows that the vibration is controlled within the allowable safety limit.It provides a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of power plant and the results can be used for reference in dealing with the vibration of pipes of same type units.
