数字经济、产业升级与城市环境质量提升 被引量:29

摘要 文章基于我国2011—2018年288个地级及以上城市的面板数据,运用面板固定效应模型和中介效应模型实证分析了数字经济对环境质量的影响效应和作用机制。结果表明:数字经济的发展能显著地抑制环境污染物的排放,呈现"绿色效应";中介效应分析结果显示,产业结构升级是数字经济促进环境质量提升的重要机制,数字经济可以通过直接效应减少环境污染物的排放,也可以通过促进产业升级这一间接效应来减少环境污染物的排放。对东、中、西部地区以及城市群和非城市群城市进行的异质性分析结果表明,在经济欠发达地区数字经济的总影响效应优于发达地区,在经济发达地区数字经济通过产业升级发挥的间接效应更为显著。经过稳健性检验,上述结论依然成立。 Based on the panel data of 288 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2018,this paper uses panel fixed effect model and mediation effect model to empirically analyze the impact and mechanism of digital economy on environmental quality.The results go as follows:The development of digital economy can significantly inhibit the emission of environmental pollutants,presenting a“green effect”.The results of the mediation effect analysis show that industrial structure upgrading is an important mechanism for digital economy to promote the improvement of environmental quality,and that digital economy can reduce the emission of environmental pollutants through both the direct effect and the indirect effect of promoting industrial upgrading.The results of the heterogeneity analysis of eastern,central and western regions,urban agglomeration and non-urban agglomeration show that the total impact of digital economy in less developed regions is better than that in developed regions,and that the indirect effect of digital economy through industrial upgrading is more significant in developed regions.After the robustness test,the above conclusions still hold.
