电针联合功能锻炼对胫骨平台骨折术后康复的临床观察及对IL-6、TNF-α的影响

Clinical Observation of the Effects of Electroacupuncture Combined with Functional Exercise on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Tibial Plateau Fracture and its Effects on IL-6 and TNF-α

目的:探讨电针联合功能锻炼对胫骨平台骨折术后康复的临床观察及对IL-6、TNF-α的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2020年6月就诊我院行胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定术SchatzkerⅡ型胫骨平台骨折患者60例,随机分成治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组采用电针联合功能锻炼治疗方案,对照组采用功能锻炼治疗方案。比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、HSS评分、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果:治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),HSS评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组、HSS评分高于于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后的血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:电针联合患肢功能锻炼能有效性的降低机体IL-6、TNF-α水平,改善胫骨平台骨折术后疼痛,促进患肢功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation and the influence of electroacupuncture on 5-HT,IL-6 and IL-8.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2020,60 lines of surgical treatment of Schatzker type Ⅱ patients with tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with functional exercise regimen,while the control group was treated with functional exercise regimen.VAS score,HSS score,serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,VAS score of 2 groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),HSS score of 2 groups increased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),AND VAS score of treatment group was lower than control group,HSS score was higher than control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α in 2 groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with functional exercise of the affected limb can effectively reduce the body level of IL-6 and TNF-α,improve the postoperative pain of tibial plateau fracture,and promote the functional recovery of the affected limb.
