强直性脊柱炎的中医治疗临床研究进展

强直性脊柱炎是脊柱关节炎常见的临床类型,是由于中轴关节、可伴有外周关节受累以及侵犯关节外组织引起的慢性自身炎症性疾病。绝大多数患者关节病变表现为骶髂关节炎,以后可上行发展至颈椎、胸椎、腰椎或外周关节的病变,各个脊柱节段的疼痛、僵硬、活动受限和脊柱畸形是其主要的临床表现,对患者的正常工作和生活产生了极大的困扰。在治疗的层面上,西医讲究疗效的肯定性和及时性,中医在减轻疼痛、治疗费用低廉且操作简便无创等方面上具有独特的优势。本文通过搜索强直性脊柱炎的相关文献,并进行概括和整理,旨在综合论述中医治疗本病的特色,以期为临床提供治疗本病的思路和方案。

Ankylosing spondylitis is a common clinical type of spondyloarthritis.It is a chronic auto inflammatory disease caused by axial joints,peripheral joint involvement and invasion of extra-articular tissues.The majority of patients with joint disease manifested as sacroiliac arthritis,which can later progress to cervical,thoracic,lumbar,or peripheral joints.Pain,stiffness,limited mobility and spinal deformities in various spinal segments are the main clinical manifestations.,Which has caused great troubles to the normal work and life of patients.On the level of treatment,Western medicine pays attention to the certainty and timeliness of the curative effect.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in terms of pain relief,low treatment costs,and simple and non-invasive operations.This article searches the related literature of ankylosing spondylitis,summarizes and organizes it,and aims to comprehensively discuss the characteristics of TCM treatment of this disease,in order to provide clinical ideas and plans for the treatment of this disease.
