近20年虚拟现实技术在脑卒中康复领域应用的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of the Application of Virtual Reality Technology in Stroke Rehabilitation in Recent 20 Years

摘要 目的:分析并探讨近20年虚拟现实技术在脑卒中康复领域的研究现状和热点并尝试预测该领域未来发展趋势。方法:以Web of Science数据库为文献来源,检索2001年至2021年虚拟现实技术在脑卒中领域的相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件分析作者、国家(地区)、机构和关键词。总结近20年该领域研究的热点内容。结果:共纳入文献1029篇。近20年有关虚拟现实技术在脑卒中领域的研究逐年递增,高产作者以Calabro,RS为代表,发文量为14篇;高产国家为美国,占总发文量的23.23%;高产机构为麦吉尔大学。结论:虚拟现实技术在脑卒中研究领域仍处于起步发展阶段,预测基于远程康复或视频游戏的虚拟现实技术改善亚急性脑卒中患者的上肢功能和认知功能,提高其生存质量将成为未来的研究热点。 Objective:To analyze and discuss the research status and hot spots of virtual reality therapy in stroke rehabilitation field in recent 20 years and try to predict the future development trend of this field.Methods:Web of Science was used as the literature source to search the literature related to the treatment of stroke by virtual reality from 2001 to 2021.CiteSpace software was used to analyze authors,countries(regions),institutions and keywords;This paper summarizes the hot topics in this field in recent 20 years.Results:Totally,1029 articles were included.In recent 20 years,the research of virtual reality technology in the field of stroke is increasing year by year.Calabro and RS are the most prolific authors with 14 publications.The high-yield country was the United States,accounting for 23.23% of the total published papers.The high yield institution is McGill University.Conclusion:Virtual reality technology is still in the initial stage of development in the field of stroke research.Predicting that virtual reality technology based on remote rehabilitation or video games can improve the upper limb function and cognitive function of patients with subacute stroke and improve their quality of life will become a re search hotspot in the future.
