2013—2020年凉山州人间布鲁氏菌病流行特征及防控对策

Epidemic Characteristics and Control Strategies of Human Brucellosis in Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan Province From 2013 to 2020

目的了解2013—2020年凉山州人间布鲁氏菌病(布病)的流行概况,为制定有效的防控策略提供科学依据。方法以中国疾病预防控制信息系统2013—2020年报告的凉山州布病病例为研究对象,以现住址、发病日期为条件,运用描述性流行病学进行统计分析。结果凉山州布病报告病例数不断增加,发病地区不断扩散,2013—2020年凉山州累计报告布病病例66例,发病高峰期为4-8月,病例主要以40~60岁的男性农民为主。结论凉山州布病疫情上升迅速,疫区不断扩大,防控形势严峻,应通过加强联防联控,提高病例诊断和管理以及做好布病防治知识的宣传等多种途径降低发病率。

Objective To understand the prevalence of human brucellosis(brucellosis)in Liangshan prefecture,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of effective prevention and control strategies.Methods The cases of brucellosis reported by the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System from 2013 to 2020 in Liangshan prefecture were taken as the research objects,descriptive epidemiology was used to statistical analyze,according to the current address and onset date.Results The number of reported cases of brucellosis in Liangshan prefecture is increasing and the incidence area is spreading.From 2013 to 2020,a total of 66 cases of brucellosis have been reported in Liangshan prefecture.The peak of incidence is from April to August,and the majority of cases are male farmers aged 40 to 60 years old.Conclusion The epidemic situation of brucellosis in Liangshan prefecture is increasing rapidly,the epidemic area is expanding continuously,and the prevention and control situation is grim.The incidence of brucellosis should be reduced by strengthening the joint prevention and control,improving the diagnosis and management of cases and promoting the prevention and control knowledge of brucellosis.
