摘要
仪表风主要为煤层气集输系统及设备中的气动阀门提供动力,对电气装置进行吹扫。煤层气处理厂在冬季运行时,因仪表风有部分液态水淅出,造成阀门驱动失灵,导致煤层气的集输、生产中断。分析以仪表风的生成、作用为中心,从空氮站内的干燥工艺,压缩空气的过滤除尘、除油,到分子筛脱水等综合方面进行了改进,解决现有工艺问题,保证水露点合格,实现了沁水盆地东南部煤层气的稳定外输。
Instrument air mainly provides power for pneumatic valves in coalbed methane gathering and transportation system and equipment and blows off electrical devices. During the operation of the CBM Processing plant in winter, due to the intermittent flow of some liquid water from the instrument air, the valve drive failed, resulting in the interruption of CBM gathering and production. Focusing on the generation and function of instrument air, the analysis improves the drying process in the air and nitrogen station, the filtration, dust removal and oil removal of compressed air, and the dehydration of molecular sieve, solves the existing process problems, ensures the qualified water dew point, and realizes the stable export of coal bed gas in the southeast of Qinshui Basin.
