摘要
针对八扇区水泥胶结测井无空套时的刻度问题及测井解释的主观依赖性问题,在仪器扇区探头响应一致性刻度及声波变密度接收探头响应一致性刻度的基础上,提出了八扇区测井各扇区衰减率求解方法,解决了八扇区水泥胶结测井的刻度问题;以扇区衰减率为基础,提出了水泥抗压强度及基于频谱分析法的二界面胶结指数的定量求解方法。刻度后生成的声波幅度、衰减率等参数能真实反映套管外水泥胶结情况;量化参数水泥抗压强度及二界面胶结指数具有较强直观性,为八扇区水泥胶结测井精细化、自动化评价提供了依据。
For the problems of the absence of calibrations in holes without free pipes and subjective dependence of interpretation in SBT well-logging,a solution to calculate attenuation rate in eight sectors is given on the base of standardization of sector probes and two receiving probes of acoustic-variable density log(VDL),which solved the problems in SBT calibration.On the bases of sector attenuation rates,cement compressive strength is calculated,and cementing index on secondary interface is also put forward quantitatively based on frequency spectrum analysis.With standardizations,the acoustic amplitudes,attenuation rates can truly reflect the cementing,and the quantized cement compressive strength and cementing index on secondary interface are concrete,which provides the reference of precise and fully automatic interpretations in SBT well-logging.
