摘要
井下摩阻和扭矩是影响大位移井设计与施工的两个关键因素。进行了5种水垂比条件下的模拟管柱摩阻和扭矩实验,探讨了水垂比对井下管柱摩阻和扭矩的影响。实验结果:管柱的摩阻和扭矩随水垂比的增加而呈现非线性增加,不同水垂比区间管柱摩阻和扭矩的增加幅度不同,其变化规律与现场钻井过程中的转盘扭矩变化规律类似;模拟管柱在弯曲井段旋转而变形,摩阻和扭矩将随着与井筒的接触点和接触力的增加而增加。
Drag and Torque are the two key factors to extended reach well(ERW)in the process of well design and construction.Drag and torque experiments is done on condition of 5 kinds of ratio of horizontal displacement and vertical depth(HD/VD).Effects which are brought by HD/VD ratio on drag and torque of pipe string are approached.The results of experiments are:the drag and torque of pipe string increase non-linearly with the increasing of HD/VD ratio,the range of increase is different in the different area of HD/VD ratio,and the change regulation is similar to the change of rotary table torque in the process of drilling on-site.The simulation pipe strings which rotate in the bent well sections will deform,and the drag and torque of pipe string will increase with the increasing of points and force of contact with the well-hole.
