摘要
目的探讨不同剂量CT扫描诊断新生儿先天性心脏病的效果及图像质量。方法90例先天性心脏病新生儿随机分为两组各45例,观察组采用70 mAs低剂量CT扫描,对照组采用100 mAs常规剂量CT扫描,比较两组的图像质量、辐射剂量及不良反应。结果两组的图像质量评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的DLP水平、有效剂量E以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低剂量CT扫描诊断新生儿先天性心脏病可显著降低辐射剂量,减少不良反应,且图像质量不受影响。
Objective To explore the effect and image quality of CT scanning with different doses in the diagnosis of neonatal congenital heart disease.Methods 90 neonates with congenital heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was scanned by 70 mAs low dose CT,and the control group was scanned by 100 mAs conventional dose CT.The image quality,radiation dose and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was found in image quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).The DLP level,effective dose E and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low-dose CT scan in the diagnosis of neonatal congenital heart disease can significantly reduce the radiation dose and adverse reactions,and image quality is not affected.
