血管内皮生长因子、色素上皮衍生因子在早产儿视网膜病变诊断及疗效评估中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Pigment Epithelium-Derived Factor in the Diagnosis and Efficacy Evaluation of Retinopathy of Premature

目的探讨VEGF、PEDF在早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)诊断及疗效评估中的应用效果。方法20例ROP患儿根据病变特征分为Ⅰ区ROP组和Ⅱ区ROP组,另选取50例非ROP的早产儿作为对照组,比较三组的VEGF和PEDF水平。ROP患儿根据疗效分为有效组和进展组,比较两组治疗前后的VEGF/PEDF。结果Ⅰ区ROP组和Ⅱ区ROP组治疗前的VEGF高于对照组,PEDF低于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ区ROP组治疗前后的VEGF高于Ⅱ区ROP组,PEDF低于Ⅱ区ROP组(P<0.05)。有效组治疗后的VEGF/PEDF低于治疗前及进展组(P<0.05)。结论检测VEGF、PEDF可为ROP的诊疗提供有效指导。

Objective To explore the application effect of VEGF and PEDF in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of retinopathy of premature(ROP).Methods 20 cases of ROP were divided into the zone Ⅰ ROP group and zone Ⅱ ROP group according to the pathological features,and 50 premature infants without ROP were selected as the control group;The levels of VEGF and PEDF in the three groups were compared.The children with ROP were divided into the effective group and the progressive group according to the efficacy,and the VEGF/PEDF before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results VEGF of zone Ⅰ ROP group and zone Ⅱ ROP group before treatment was higher than that of the control group,and PEDF was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).VEGF in zone Ⅰ ROP group before and after treatment were higher than those of zone Ⅱ ROP group,and PEDF were lower than those of zone Ⅱ ROP group(P<0.05).VEGF/PEDF after treatment of the effective group was lower than that before treatment and that of the progressive group(P<0.05).Conclusions Detection of VEGF and PEDF can provide effective guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of ROP.
