血清和关节液S100B水平与膝关节骨性关节炎严重程度的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清和关节液S100B水平与膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)严重程度的相关性。方法选取50例膝关节OA患者为观察组,50例未累及膝关节软骨的患者为对照组,比较两组的血清和关节液S100B水平。采用K-L分级标准对膝关节OA患者的严重程度进行分级,分析K-L分级与血清和关节液S100B水平的关系。结果观察组的血清和关节液S100B水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同K-L分级患者的血清S100B水平、关节液S100B水平存在显著差异(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,K-L分级与血清S100B水平(r=0.640)、关节液S100B水平(r=0.750)均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清和关节液S100B水平与膝关节骨关节炎患者的疾病严重程度呈正相关,可为疾病的早期诊断及病情评估提供依据。 Objective To explore the correlations of serum and synovial fluid S100B levels with severity of knee joint osteoarthritis(OA).Methods 50 patients with knee joint OA were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients without involved knee cartilage were selected as the control group,and the serum and synovial fluid S100B levels were compared between the two groups.The severity of knee joint OA patients was graded by K-L classification standard,and the correlations of K-L classification with serum and synovial fluid S100B levels were analyzed.Results The serum and synovial fluid S100B levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum and synovial fluid S100B levels among patients with different K-L grades(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that K-L classification was positively correlated with serum and synovial fluid S100B levels(r=0.640,r=0.750;P<0.05).Conclusions Serum and synovial fluid S100B levels are positively correlated with the severity of the disease in patients with knee joint OA,which can provide basis for early diagnosis and condition evaluation of disease.
