拉贝洛尔结合硫酸镁对早发型重度子痫前期患者凝血与纤溶指标及母婴结局的影响

Impact of Labetalol Combined with Magnesium Sulfate on Coagulation-Fibrinolysis Indicators and Maternal-Infant Outcomes in Patients with Early Onset Severe Preeclampsia

目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁对早发型重度子痫前期患者凝血与纤溶指标及母婴结局的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月我院收治的早发型重度子痫前期患者86例,随机分为两组各43例。对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组采用拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗。比较两组的凝血与纤溶指标、母婴结局。结果治疗7 d后,观察组的PT、APTT均显著长于对照组,FIB、DD均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良母婴结局发生率为4.65%,显著低于对照组的18.60%(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗早发型重度子痫前期效果显著,可有效解除患者机体血液高凝状态,减少不良母婴结局的发生。

Objective To explore the impact of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate on coagulation-fibrinolysis indicators and maternal-infant outcomes in patients with early onset severe preeclampsia.Methods 86 patients with early onset severe preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate.The coagulation-fibrinolysis indicators and maternal-infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,PT and APTT in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group,and FIB and DD were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal-infant outcomes in the observation group was 4.65%,significantly lower than 18.60%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia has significant effect,which can effectively relieve the hypercoagulable state of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse maternal-infant outcomes.
