阿立哌唑联合阿戈美拉汀治疗老年精神分裂症伴抑郁症患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Aripiprazole Combined with Agomelatin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Schizophrenia Complicated with Depression

目的探讨阿立哌唑联合阿戈美拉汀治疗老年精神分裂症伴抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法80例老年精神分裂症伴抑郁症患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用阿戈美拉汀治疗,观察组采用阿立哌唑联合阿戈美拉汀治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,抑郁、焦虑状况以及生活自理能力。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的HAMD、HAMA评分均显著低于对照组,ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合阿戈美拉汀治疗老年精神分裂症伴抑郁症患者效果显著,可有效缓解患者抑郁、焦虑状态,改善患者生活自理能力。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of aripiprazole combined with agomelatin in the treatment of elderly patients with schizophrenia complicated with depression.Methods 80 elderly patients with schizophrenia complicated with depression were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with agomelatin,while the observation group was treated with aripiprazole combined with agomelatin.The treatment effect,depression,anxiety and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 77.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Aripiprazole combined with agomelatin in the treatment of elderly patients with schizophrenia complicated with depression has significant effect,which can effectively alleviate the depression and anxiety of patients,and improve their self-care ability.
