摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸、内脏脂肪面积与2型糖尿病患者大血管病变的相关性。方法选取120例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,120名健康体检者为对照组。根据2型糖尿病患者是否发生大血管病变分为病变亚组和未病变亚组。比较两组及两个亚组的同型半胱氨酸水平及内脏脂肪面积。采用Pearson相关分析探讨同型半胱氨酸水平、内脏脂肪面积与大血管病变发生的相关性。结果观察组的同型半胱氨酸水平与内脏脂肪面积均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。病变亚组的同型半胱氨酸水平与内脏脂肪面积均显著高于未病变组(P<0.05)。同型半胱氨酸水平、内脏脂肪面积均与大血管病变的发生呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸水平、内脏脂肪面积与2型糖尿病大血管病变的发生呈正相关,可作为大血管病变发生与否的评估指标。
Objective To explore the correlations of homocysteine and visceral fat area with macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the observation group,and 120 healthy people were selected as the control group.Patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into lesion subgroup and non-lesion subgroup according to whether macroangiopathy occurred.Homocysteine level and visceral fat area were compared between the two groups and the two subgroups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlations of homocysteine level and visceral fat area with the occurrence of macroangiopathy.Results The homocysteine level and visceral fat area in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The homocysteine level and visceral fat area in the lesion subgroup were significantly higher than those in the non-lesion subgroup(P<0.05).The homocysteine level and visceral fat area were positively correlated with the occurrence of macroangiopathy(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions Homocysteine level and visceral fat area are positively correlated with the occurrence of macroangiopathy of type 2 diabetes,which can be used as evaluation indicators for the occurrence of macroangiopathy.
