神经节苷脂联合七叶皂苷钠治疗高血压脑出血的效果及安全性

Effect and Safety of Ganglioside Combined with Sodium Aescinate in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨神经节苷脂联合七叶皂苷钠治疗高血压脑出血的效果及安全性。方法110例高血压脑出血患者随机分为两组各55例,对照组采用神经节苷脂治疗,观察组采用神经节苷脂联合七叶皂苷钠治疗,比较两组的疗效及安全性。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的NIHSS评分低于对照组,治疗后的CRP、TNF-α、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合七叶皂苷钠治疗高血压脑出血的效果显著,可改善患者的神经功能缺损,其机制可能与调节炎性因子有关。

Objective To explore the effect and safety of ganglioside combined with sodium aescinate in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 110 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ganglioside,and the observation group was treated with ganglioside combined with sodium aescinate.The efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the NIHSS score after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the levels of CRP,TNF-α and VEGF after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusions Ganglioside combined with sodium aescinate in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has significant effect,which can effectively improve neurological deficits of patients.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of inflammatory factors.
