认知行为护理干预在肝癌动脉介入栓塞治疗中的应用

Application of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing Intervention in Arterial Interventional Embolization of Liver Cancer

目的探讨认知行为护理干预在肝癌动脉介入栓塞治疗中的应用效果。方法72例原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组各36例,均予以肝癌动脉介入栓塞治疗。对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组在对照组基础上给予认知行为护理干预,比较两组干预前后的心理状态和生活质量。结果干预8周后,两组的SDS和SAS评分均显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),且干预组的SDS和SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预8周后,两组的生理状态、心理状态、情绪角色和社会功能评分均显著提高(P<0.01,P<0.05),且干预组的生理状态、心理状态、情绪角色和社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为护理干预可改善肝癌动脉介入栓塞治疗患者的心理状态,减轻抑郁和焦虑情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral nursing intervention in arterial interventional embolization of liver cancer.Methods 72 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.All cases were treated with arterial interventional embolization of liver cancer.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group received cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological state and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the SDS and SAS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of physiological state,psychological state,emotional role and social function of the two groups increased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the scores of physiological state,psychological state,emotional role and social function of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with arterial interventional embolization of liver cancer,reduce depression and anxiety emotions,and improve the quality of life.
