多学科协作延续护理对老年肺癌患者术后生活质量及并发症的影响

Impact of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Continuing Nursing on Postoperative Quality of Life and Complications in Elderly Patients with Lung Cancer

目的探讨多学科协作延续护理对老年肺癌患者术后生活质量及并发症的影响。方法200例行手术治疗的老年肺癌患者随机分为两组各100例,对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予多学科协作延续护理,比较两组的生活质量及并发症。结果护理后,观察组的生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为7.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作延续护理可显著提高老年肺癌患者的术后生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the impact of multidisciplinary collaborative continuing nursing on postoperative quality of life and complications in elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods 200 elderly patients with lung cancer who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after surgery,and the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaborative continuing nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 7.00%,significantly lower than 20.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaborative continuing nursing can significantly improve the postoperative quality of life of elderly patients with lung cancer and reduce the incidence of complications.
