摘要
目的调查老年住院患者的失能现状及其影响因素。方法收集老年住院患者的基本资料,分析老年患者的失能现状及其影响因素。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、合并冠心病、脑卒中史、抑郁状态均为老年患者失能的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、文化程度、合并冠心病、脑卒中史、抑郁状态均为老年患者失能的影响因素,需要家庭、医务工作者和社会的共同努力,以改善老年人失能状况,促进老龄化社会的健康发展。
Objective To investigate the disability status of elderly inpatients and its influencing factors.Methods The basic data of elderly inpatients were collected to analyze the disability status and its influencing factors of elderly patients.Results Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,education level,complication of coronary heart disease,stroke history and depression state were the influencing factors of disability in the elderly patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Age,education level,complication of coronary heart disease,stroke history and depression state are all influencing factors of disability in elderly patients.It is necessary for families,medical workers and society to work together to improve the disability status of the elderly and promote healthy development of the aging society.
