摘要
目的探讨原发性骨质疏松(POP)患者血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与骨密度的相关性。方法105例POP患者均接受骨密度与血清25(OH)D水平检测,分析血清25(OH)D水平与骨密度的相关性。结果轻度降低组、中度降低组、重度降低组的血清25(OH)D水平呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,血清25(OH)D表达与POP患者骨密度降低程度有关(OR>1,P<0.05)。血清25(OH)D水平预测骨密度降低程度的AUC为0.840,具有较好的预测价值。结论POP患者的血清25(OH)D表达与骨密度存在密切联系,通过检测血清25(OH)D水平可评估骨密度降低程度。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]expression and bone mineral density in patients with primary osteoporosis(POP).Methods Bone mineral density and serum 25(OH)D level were detected in 105 patients with POP,and the relationship between serum 25(OH)D level and bone mineral density was analyzed.Results The serum 25(OH)D levels in the mild reduction group,the moderate reduction group and the severe reduction group showed a significant downward trend(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum 25(OH)D expression was related to the degree of bone mineral density reduction in POP patients(OR>1,P<0.05).The AUC of serum 25(OH)D level for predicting the reduction of bone mineral density was 0.840,which had good predictive value.Conclusions There is a close relationship between serum 25(OH)D expression and bone mineral density in POP patients.The reduction degree of bone mineral density can be evaluated by detecting serum 25(OH)D level.
