中耳听力重建术患者术后并发症的危险因素及对策

Risk Factors and Countermeasures of Postoperative Complications in Patients with Middle Ear Hearing Reconstruction

目的探讨中耳听力重建术患者术后并发症的危险因素及对策。方法收集124例行中耳听力重建术患者的临床资料,采用单因素及多因素Logistic分析探讨中耳听力重建术患者术后并发症的危险因素。结果单因素和多因素Logistic分析显示,年龄≥18岁、Altmann分型Ⅲ度、术中出血量>50 mL、手术时长≥90 min是中耳听力重建术患者发生术后并发症的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄≥18岁、Altmann分型Ⅲ度、术中出血量>50 mL、手术时长≥90 min是中耳听力重建术患者发生术后并发症的独立危险因素,临床应根据以上危险因素,制定针对性的防治对策,以降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the risk factors and countermeasures of postoperative complications in patients with middle ear hearing reconstruction.Methods The clinical data of 124 patients with middle ear hearing reconstruction were collected.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic analysis were used to explore the risk factors of postoperative complications in patients with middle ear hearing reconstruction.Results Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic analysis showed that age≥18 years old,Ⅲ degree of Altmann type,intraoperative blood loss amount>50 mL,and operation time≥90 min were independent risk factors for the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with middle ear hearing reconstruction(P<0.05).Conclusions Age≥18 years old,Ⅲ degree of Altmann type,intraoperative blood loss amount>50 mL,and operation time≥90 min are independent risk factors for the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with middle ear hearing reconstruction.According to the above risk factors,targeted prevention and treatment countermeasures should be formulated to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in clinic.
