Reliability and Validity of MBI-HSS Scale in the Assessment of Job Burnout Among the Basic Public Health Service Staff

目的分析MBI-HSS量表在评估四川省基本公共卫生服务人员职业倦怠现状中的信度和效度。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,抽取四川省84家基层医疗卫生机构的740名基本公共卫生服务人员作为调查对象,于2018-08-10采用自编问卷和MBI-HSS量表收集调查对象的个人基本情况和职业倦怠状况等资料;采用EpiData3.0、SPSS 22.0和AMOS21.0软件进行数据分析,采用Cronbach′sα系数、折半信度、内容效度、集合效度、区分效度和结构效度对MBI-HSS量表的信效度进行评价。结果MBI-HSS量表总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.759;折半信度为0.726;除条目5和15,各条目得分与总分的Spearman系数均≥0.30(P<0.01);集合效度与区分效度定标实验成功率均为100%;验证性因子分析得出模型适配度指标为:χ^(2)/df=7.028,RMSEA=0.090,GFI=0.900,NFI=0.842,IFI=0.823,CFI=0.822,TLI/NNFI=0.819。结论MBI-HSS量表评估基本公共卫生服务人员职业倦怠现状的信度良好,但其结构效度一般,某些条目需进行适当的调整。

Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of MBI-HSS scale in the assessment of job burnout among the basic public health service staff in Sichuan Province.Methods From August to October 2018,totally 740 basic public health service staff from 84 grassroots medical institutions were selected as research object by stratified cluster sampling method.Self-made questionnaire and MBI-HSS scale were adopted to collect data,such as personal basic situation,job burnout status,etc.Epidata3.0,SPSS 22.0 and AMOS21.0 were used for data analysis.The reliability and validity of MBI-HSS scale were evaluated by using Cronbach′s alpha coefficient,split-half reliability,content validity,convergent validity,discriminant validity and structure validity.Results The overall Cronbach′s alpha coefficient of MBI-HSS scale was 0.759 and split-half reliability was 0.726.The correlation coefficient of each item scores and the total scores were greater than or equal to 0.30(P<0.01),except for item 5 and 15.Satisfactory convergent validity and discriminant validity(both 100%)were found.Confirmatory factor analysis revealed the model fitness index:χ^(2)/df=7.028,RMSEA=0.090,GFI=0.900,NFI=0.842,IFI=0.823,CFI=0.822,TLI/NNFI=0.819.Conclusion MBI-HSS scale has good reliability in the assessment of job burnout among the basic public health service staff.But the structure validity is not good,some items should be appropriately adjusted.
