2010—2020年国内老年骨折康复研究文献计量分析

Bibliometrics Analysis of Literatures in Fracture Rehabilitation of the Elderly from 2010 to 2020

目的分析2010—2020年国内老年骨折康复相关文献,了解老年骨折康复科研现状和变化态势,为未来相关领域学术发展提供参考和建议。方法通过检索中国知网、维普和万方全文数据库获得国内老年骨折康复2010—2020年发表的相关文献,采用文献计量学方法对文献的发文量变化情况和高频关键词进行可视化分析。结果纳入符合标准的文献1 001篇,文献发文量呈总体增长趋势,近几年增幅明显。近10年来老年骨折康复领域研究热点集中于康复治疗、康复护理、康复训练等领域,髋关节功能、快速康复外科越来越受到重视。结论国内老年骨折康复领域发展势头较好,老年骨折康复学科领域相关研究有待融合更多跨学科理论和方法进一步发展。

Objective To analyze the literatures in fracture rehabilitation of the elderly from 2010 to2020,in order to understand the current status and trend of studies on fracture rehabilitation of the elderly and provide references and suggestions for the development of related researches in the future. Methods Papers about fracture rehabilitation of the elderly were searched and extracted from the databases such as CNKI, VMIS, and WANFANG. Bibliometric method was used to visually analyze the number of publications and keywords. Results There were 1 001 papers met the criteria.The volume of publications had shown an overall upward trend, with a significant increase in recent years. In the past ten years, the research hotspots focused on rehabilitation treatment,rehabilitation nursing, rehabilitation training and other fields. Hip joint function and fast track surgery were getting more and more attention. Conclusion The field of fracture rehabilitation of the elderly in China has developed well in past ten years. Future studies in this field need to integrate more interdisciplinary theories and methods for further development.
