形意拳是中华武术中优秀的一个北方拳种,具有独特的演练方式和运动风格、深厚的传统文化内涵,以及独具特色的攻防技击技术。本文从形意拳技术体系入手,探析"五行生克"学说对形意拳理论和技术框架构建的影响。

Xingyiquan, which is an excellent fist from Northern China, has a unique practice way and movement style, as well as rich traditional cultural connotation and special attack and defense technique. Starting from its technical system, this paper does a research on the influence of the thought of mutual overcoming of five phases on the theory and technical framework of xingyiquan.
