“单对统一”的教学模式对青少年武术套路学习的研究

A Research on the Influence of the Teaching Mode of Unifying the Technical Way of Practicing Alone and Training in Pairs on the Wushu Routine Learning for Teenagers

本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、实验等研究方法,研究了"单对统一"的教学模式在青少年武术学习过程中的特点、实践和影响,分析青少年在武术学习中感到枯燥的原因,并提出可行性建议:多使用"单对统一"的教学模式,实现"打练结合",在武术套路中体现出武术攻防技击的真正价值。

Through literature review,questionnaire and experiment,this paper does a research on the teaching mode of unifying the technical way of practicing alone and training in pairs on teenagers’wushu(martial arts)learning process in terms of its feature,practice and effect.The reason why teenagers feel boring in wushu learning is analyzed and suggestions are given as follow:the teaching mode of unifying the technical way of practicing alone and training in pairs should be used more,and the combination of practice and combat should be realized,so that the true value of wushu defense and attack will be shown in wushu routine.
