摘要
本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,对武式太极拳的发展进行追溯,研究其拳理、拳法、教育、文化、健身、锻炼中的价值,从中找出武式太极拳的传承问题,最终提出相应的解决对策。
By using the methods of literature review and expert interview, this paper traces the development of Wu style taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing), studies its value in boxing theory, boxing method, education, culture, fitness and exercise, finds out the inheritance and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
