摘要
目的:探讨健身气功·五禽戏锻炼对老年人平衡能力的影响。方法:选取30名65岁以上的老年人,随机分为实验组与对照组,在专业人员指导下进行健身气功·五禽戏练习。结论:8周健身气功·五禽戏锻炼能有效改善老年人的平衡能力。
In order to explore the influence of health qigong wuqinxi exercise on the balance ability of the senior citizens, this paper selects 30 senior citizens over 65 years’ old and randomly divided them into the experimental group and the control group. Under the guidance of Health Qigong professionals, the experimental group practiced health qigong wuqinxi regularly for 8 weeks. It is concluded that eight-week exercise of health qigong wuqinxi can effectively improve the balance ability of the elderly.
