基于“治未病”理论探讨冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合培土生金方颗粒干预肺脾气虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效

To Explore the Clinical Effect of"Winter Disease Cured in Summer"Acupoint Application Combined with the Method of"reinforcing earth to generate metal"on the Intervention of Chronic Cbstructive Pulmonary Disease Based on the Theory of"Treating Pre-dise

目的:探讨冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合培土生金方颗粒干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年6月~2020年6月在我院门诊就诊的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者80例,按照随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组给予吸入长效抗胆碱药物噻托溴铵,治疗组采用培土生金方颗粒口服联合冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗,两组治疗时间均为3个月。比较治疗后两组患者的肺功能、中医症候评分、中华健康状况量表评分及急性加重次数。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的FEV_(1)%均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),显著优于于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后FEV_(1)%较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月,治疗组患者急性加重次数少于对照组(P<0.05):在治疗后6个月,治疗组对急性加重的控制程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的中医症候各项评分及总评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组各项评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的SF-36简明健康状况量表各项评分及总评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组各项评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:培土生金方联合冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法能显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能,减少急性加重次数,同时能较好地改善患者的临床症状和生存质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of"winter disease cured in summer"acupoint application combined with the method of"reinforcing earth to generate metal"in intervention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our outpatient department from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given tiotropium bromide,a long-acting anticholinergic drug,inhaled,and the treatment group was treated with peitushengjinfang granule combined with Acupoint Application of winter disease and summer treatment.The treatment time of both groups was 3 months.The pulmonary function,TCM symptom score,Chinese health status scale score and the number of acute exacerbations were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,FEV1%in the treatment group was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),which was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FEV1%between before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the number of acute exacerbations in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);Six months after treatment,the control degree of acute exacerbation in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores and total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores and total scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores and total scores of SF-36 concise health status scale in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores and total scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"reinforcing earth to generate metal"recipe combined with"with winter disease cured in summer"acupoint application can significantly improve the lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,reduce the number of acute exacerbations,and at the same time can better improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.
