摘要
在诸多天然气脱硫工艺技术中,吸附脱硫法因其具有简单、便捷、经济等特点而被广泛应用。为了考察吸附脱硫法对天然气中多组分有机硫的脱除效果,针对高含硫天然气中的甲硫醇、乙硫醇、丙硫醇、羰基硫、二硫化碳、甲硫醚和噻吩等7种有机硫组分,采用13X分子筛为固体吸附剂进行同时脱除实验,利用动态吸附法考察了吸附温度、吸附压力、气空速以及再生次数对有机硫在吸附剂上穿透硫容的影响。分析对比实验结果可知:7种有机硫组分在13X分子筛吸附脱除过程中存在吸附竞争现象;13X分子筛对硫醇、甲硫醚和噻吩的脱除性能均较好,可用于工业脱硫;在合适范围内,较低的温度以及较高的吸附压力与较低气空速更有利于13X分子筛吸附脱除有机硫。研究结果可为今后类似工程的脱硫技术应用提供借鉴。
Among many natural gas desulfurization technologies,adsorption desulfurization is more widely used because of its simple,convenient and economic characteristics.To investigate the removal effect of multi-component organic sulfur in natural gas by adsorption desulfurization,this paper conducted removal tests with 13X molecular sieve as solid adsorbent to remove seven organic sulfur components(including methyl mercaptan,ethyl mercaptan,propyl mercaptan,COS,CS_(2),dimethyl sulfide and thiophene)from high sulfur natural gas.Dynamic adsorption method is used to investigate the effects of adsorption pressure,adsorption temperature,number of regeneration cycles and gas space velocity on the sulfur penetration capacity of these seven kinds of organic sulfur on adsorbents.By analyzing and comparing the tests results,it is concluded that:1)there is adsorption competition phenomenon in this multi-component organic sulfur removal process by 13X molecular sieve;2)13X molecular sieve has good removal performance for mercaptan,dimethyl sulfide and thiophene,and can be used for industrial desulfurization;3)within the appropriate range,higher adsorption pressure,lower temperature and lower gas space velocity are more conducive to the removal of organic sulfur.The research results could provide references for sulfur removal technologies in similar engineering projects in the future.
