大型FPSO建造集成方法与整体工期分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 海上浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)是集海上油气生产处理、储存外输、动力供应及生活支持于一体的可移动综合性大型海上生产设施,长期系泊于固定海域,是海上油气开采的关键核心装置,使用优势明显,在海上油气田开发中应用越来越广泛。FPSO工艺复杂、设备设施集成化程度高、建造难度大、建设周期长。准确合理评估FPSO建设工期直接关系到油气田投产时间和整体开发计划,对于海洋工程项目进度控制十分关键。FPSO建设周期与众多因素有关,对FPSO建造集成的一般流程和方法进行总结归纳,采用关键路径法对FPSO整体工期进行分析研究,得到一种FPSO整体工期评估方法。通过工程实例对FPSO整体工期评估方法进行印证得出,评估方法适用于大型FPSO建造集成计划的编制与工期评价。研究结果可为类似大型FPSO建造集成计划的编制和工期评价提供参考。 Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO)is an integrated,large-scale and mobile offshore oil and gas production facility that is normally moored in fixed sea area over a long period of time.As a core element of the offshore oil and gas development,FPSO integrates the offshore oil and gas production and processing,storage and offloading,power supply and living support.With these obvious advantages,FPSO has been deployed more and more widely in offshore oil and gas field development.The construction of FPSO is complex and difficult,and the equipment and facilities of the FPSO have a high degree of module integration.As a result,the construction duration of FPSO could be quite long.An accurate and reasonable evaluation of FPSO construction duration has direct impact on the start-up date of oil and gas fields as well as the overall development plan,so it is very important to the progress control of offshore engineering projects.The construction duration of FPSO is related to many factors.This paper summarized the general process and approaches of FPSO construction and integration,and analyzed the overall construction duration for FPSO with the critical path method.On this basis,this paper put forward an evaluation method for FPSO construction.This method is verified by an actual engineering example,and it concludes that this method can be used in large FPSO construction and integration planning and construction duration evaluation.The research results could provide a reference for similar FPSO construction and integration planning and construction duration evaluation.
