摘要
胃癌是导致全球癌症相关死亡的第2大原因,其发生、发展与胃癌细胞所处的肿瘤微环境密切相关。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)是肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分,调控着肿瘤的进展过程。TAM通过合成和释放细胞因子、趋化因子和蛋白酶等相关物质与微环境中的各种细胞相互影响,促进胃癌的生长、转移和侵袭。
Gastric cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide.Its occurrence and development are closely related to the tumor microenvironment in which gastric cancer cells are located.Tumor-associated macrophage(TAM)is an important part of tumor microenvironment,which regulates the progression of tumor.TAM promotes the growth,metastasis and invasion of gastric cancer by synthesizing and releasing related substances such as cytokines,chemokines and proteases to interact with various cells in the microenvironment.
