知识青年乡村建设的治世情怀与乡村自治精神培育

The Ruling Feelings of the Educated Youth in Rural Construction and the Cultivation of the Spirit of Rural Autonomy

在乡村建设中,乡村被知识青年赋予了较多的拯救幻象和浪漫情怀,也导致乡民主体性的丧失.作为外来介入者,青年知识分子必须打破乡建的刻板印象,从思维理念上深刻省察自己的乡建角色和地位,对乡村现代化建设给予反思和批判,从而使乡村振兴不局限于经济发展和过度审美化塑造,更要关注生态、文化传承和社会治理体系重构.因此,新时代的青年知识分子应传承和创新乡村建设的民族文化特质和基层自治传统,推进中国传统有机农业的现代化创新和新青年农民主体培育,切实彰显新时代乡村建设的内生性;构建中国特色的乡土社会要坚持“以农育农”方针,切实尊重农民主体性和参与积极性,探索一套立足民族传统、多元参与、有归属感的新乡建之路.

In the rural construction movement,the countryside was endowed with too much illusion of salvation and romantic feelings by the educated youth,which also led to the loss of villagers'subjectivity.As foreign interveners,educated youth must break the stereotype of rural construction,examine their role and status deeply from the perspective of thinking concept,and give reflection and criticism on rural modernization.Thereupon then rural revitalization will not be confined to economic development and excessive aesthetic molding,but also pay attention to ecology,cultural heritage and social governance system reconstruction.Therefore,educated youth in the new era should inherit and innovate the national cultural characteristics of rural construction and the tradition of grass-roots autonomy,promote the modernization and innovation of Chinese traditional organic agriculture and the cultivation of new young farmers,and truly highlight the endogenous nature of rural construction in the new era.To build a local society with Chinese characteristics,we should adhere to the principle of"educating farmers through agriculture",respect the subjectivity and enthusiasm of farmers,and explore a new way of rural construction based on national traditions,diversified participation,and a sense of belonging.
