低色素黄原胶发酵条件优化

摘要 采用野油菜黄单胞菌(xanthomonas campestris)1.1781细胞壁缺陷型突变株发酵产低色素黄原胶,研究发酵条件对该突变株产低色素黄原胶产量的影响,分别考察不同碳源、氮源、初始pH等因素,发现最佳碳源为蔗糖、最佳氮源为高核酸酵母、初始pH为7.2。 Xanthomonas campestris 1.1781 cell wall deficient mutant was used to produce low pigment xanthan gum.The effects of fermentation conditions on the yield of low pigment xanthan gum were studied.Different carbon sources,nitrogen sources and initial pH were investigated.It was found that the best carbon source was sucrose,the best nitrogen source was high nucleic acid yeast and the initial pH was 7.2.
