摘要
足球运动员的快速力量在竞技比赛中具有非常重要的意义。针对这一现象,研究以多功能离心训练仪作为训练仪器,分析离心训练对足球运动员快速力量的影响。首先将运动员分为实验组和对照组分别进行训练,然后测试训练前后专项快速力量的爆发力、速度灵敏、动力学指标。结果显示,实验组足球运动员平均力量最大增加约524N,完成率增加约76%。平均力量和目标完成率均有明显的提升。爆发力指标、灵敏度指标、动力学指标,实验组相较于对照组提升的幅度更大,且实验组跳跃能力四个指标、除开15s步频外的三大灵敏度指标、离心训练后均呈现非常显著的提高(P<0.01)。
The fast strength of football players is of great significance in competitive games.In view of this phenomenon,this paper takes the multi-functional centrifugal training instrument as the training instrument to analyze the influence of centrifugal training on the fast strength of football players.First,the athletes were divided into the experimental group and the control group for training,and then the explosive force,speed sensitivity and dynamic indexes of special fast strength before and after training were tested.The results show that the average strength of the experimental group increased by 524n and the completion rate increased by 76%.The average strength and target completion rate are significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the explosive force index,sensitivity index and dynamics index of the experimental group are improved more significantly,and the four indexes of jumping ability,three sensitivity indexes except 15s stride frequency and centrifugal training of the experimental group are significantly improved(P<0.01).
