摘要
目的:研究热身活动对大学生体质健康测试成绩的影响。方法:采用自身对照试验,比较充分热身成绩和简单热身成绩的差异,统计学方法使用配对样本t检验。结果:充分热身成绩比简单热身成绩立定跳远男生提高了3cm(P<0.01),女生提高了3cm(P<0.01);坐位体前屈男生提高了1.16cm(P=0.01),女生提高了1.2cm(P<0.01);引体向上男生提高了0.25个(P=0.38);仰卧起坐女生提高了1.03个(P=0.04);50米跑男生快了0.01s(P=0.89),女生提高了0.03s(P=0.62)。结论:12min左右的充分热身活动,有效促进学生体质健康测试成绩提高。
Objective:to study the effect of warm-up activities on college students’physical health test results.Methods:self-control test was used to compare the difference between full warm-up performance and simple warm-up performance.Results:compared with the simple warm-up results,full warm-up performance increased standing long jump of boys by 3cm(P<0.01)and girls by 3cm(P<0.01);for sit-and-reach,boys increased by 1.16cm(P=0.01)and girls by 1.2cm(P<0.01);the pull-up of boys increased by 0.25(P=0.38);the sit-up of girls increased by 1.03(P=0.04);for 50m dash,boys increased by 0.01s(P=0.89),and girls by 0.03s(P=0.62).Conclusion:the 12-minutes full warm-up could effectively improve the performance of students’physical health test.
