Research on the“Three-dimensional”Guidance Mode of Extracurricular Sports Activities by College Physical Education Teachers from the Perspective of“Healthy China 2030”

分析目前国内高校在体育管理模式上的优缺点,构建体育教师“三维立体式”下院指导课外体育活动。以培养大学生体育精神、运动实践以及健康促进三大核心维度为核心,以体育课外活动内容为供给侧改革的着力点,实行“立体式”的管理模式。

Extracurricular sports activities are the extension of physical education classroom teaching,and an important part of school sports.In order to carry out the strategy of Healthy China,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of physical education management mode in domestic colleges and universities,and constructs a“three-dimensional”mode for physical education teachers to guide extra-curricular physical activities.With the cultivation of college students’sports spirit,sports practice and health promotion as the core of the three core dimensions,with the content of sports extracurricular activities as the focus of the supply-side reform,the“three-dimensional”management mode is implemented.
