ITN测试在高校网球训练中的实证研究

An Empirical Study of ITN Test on Tennis Training in Colleges and Universities

通过对相关文献的梳理,采用准确性较高、能全面客观地评估网球技术水平的ITN测试来衡量受试者的初始水平并以此为依据进行针对性训练后进行第二次测试。结果表明:(1)ITN测试可作为评估网球技术水平的“标尺”,明确被测者各技术环节的强弱。(2)真正使受试者技术水平提高的是基于ITN测试结果进行的针对训练,而非测试本身。(3)在ITN测试结果的基础上结合实战,合理安排训练内容并在训练中应尽可能地模拟实际比赛中会面临的击球情境;同时可采用测试中的3分区和4分区以及双倍奖励区作为选手击球的目标区域。(4)如何保持快速、精准的移动并使击球兼具稳定性和攻击性仍将是网球比赛和训练中的重难点。

Through the review of relevant literature,the ITN test,which has high accuracy and can comprehensively and objectively evaluate the tennis skill level,was used to measure the initial skill level of the subjects,and the second test was conducted after targeted training on this basis.The findings indicate that ITN test can be used as a“yardstick”to evaluate the level of tennis skills,confirming the strengths and weaknesses of each skill of the tested.Further,it was the training based on the ITN results,not the test itself,that improved the skill of the subjects.Moreover,on the basis of ITN test results combined with actual combat,reasonable arrangement of training content and training should be as far as possible to simulate the actual situations facing in the matches;at the same time,3 and 4 point zones and double bonus zones can be used as the target areas for players’stroke.In additional,it will always be a difficult point for tennis athletes and coaches to keep their movements as fast and accurate as they can and make their strokes both steady and aggressive in competition and training.
