摘要
可穿戴式生理状态监测是现代精准医学的一部分,可根据人们的实时生理状态来预测健康和表现。目前大多数商业上可用的系统不能满足军方的需求,通常缺乏使实时计算信息的算法,并且没有开放式架构与士兵技术生态相集成,因此,需要重新对军用的监测设备进行设计。军用生理状态实时监测系统的组成部分应包括传感器、功率管理、数据管理、开放系统架构、网络安全、人体局域网、人为考虑因素、以及模型和算法等,其中特定的算法是士兵生理状态实时监测的关键部分。军事应用内容主要包括热工作限制、警觉性和适应性状态、肌肉骨骼疲劳极限、神经心理状态、任务特定生理状态和医疗救护等。在实际使用中,监测结果需要简洁直观显示,方便士兵或指挥官迅速做出决策。
Wearable physiological status monitoring is part of modern precision medicine that permits predictions about an individual’s health and performance from their real-time physiological status instead of relying on population-based predictions informed by estimated human,mission,and environmental/ambient conditions.Most commercially available systems do not address relevant military needs,typically lack the validated algorithms that make real time computed information useful,and are not open architected to be integrated with the soldier technological ecology,the military monitoring equipment needs to be redesigned.Real-time physiological status monitoring system include wearable sensors,power management,date management,open system architectural,cyber security,body area network,human factor consideration,algorithms and models.Performance-related applications include thermal-work limits,alertness and fitness for duty status,musculoskeletal fatigue limits,neuropsychological status,mission-specific physiological status and medical assistance.In actual use,the monitoring results need to be simple and visual,so that soldiers or commanders can make quick decisions.
