摘要
所有的运动都是由于运动神经元的激活而产生的,大量的研究表明持续性内向电流(Persistent Inward Current,PIC)对于动物和人类的运动神经元具有重要的非线性调节作用,本文通过总结40年来PIC对运动调节的研究,特别是对于人类的运动调节的研究,为之后的运动机制研究提供参考依据,并展望相关研究仍需解决的问题。
All movements are caused by the activation of motor neurons.A large number of studies have shown that Persistent Inward Current(PIC)has an important non-linear regulatory effect on motor neurons in animals and humans.This article summarizes PIC research on exercise regulation in the past 40 years,especially the research on human exercise regulation,to provide a reference for the subsequent research on exercise mechanism,and to look into problems to be solved in future.
